This department comprises of Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture and Physical Education subjects. It is headed by Mr. Rahim Buwembo.

This department comprises of Physics, Mathematics and Sub-Math subjects. It is headed by Mr. Alex Ssekiranda.

This department comprises of English Language, Literature in English and General Paper subjects. It is headed by Ms. Rachel Aguyo.

This department comprises of Economics and Entrepreneurship subjects. It is headed by Ms. Solome Nakasajje.

This department comprises of History, Geography, ICT, CRE/IRE/Divinity and Fine Art subjects. It is headed by Mr. Ian Twinomugisha.
